From Monday to Saturday, our team welcomes you in a warm setting to enjoy our Limousin specialties. Try our famous "Bouligou", a thick apple pancake with chestnut liqueur, or indulge in our veal head, Limousin "Blason Prestige" beef, or our cep mushroom omelet… We also offer our signature dish "La Potence", to share: skewered beef pieces grilled at 300 degrees, flambéed with Cognac before your eyes and served with potatoes cooked in juice.
